What if say, each CAW got a list of say 2 traits/abilities that only HE could do?
(manually done) Abilities: *no sell one move of you choice *fake an injury by holding a bodypart when it's not really injured (which would work, since no HUD) *one momentum shift per match
(always in effect) Traits: *auto-reversing any powerbomb (Kidman cough) *rarely injured *selling turnbuckle whips ric flair style
Would be good if it wasn't abused, the Samoan resistance to head impact for example, maybe it would have to be agreed by both opponents though.
The Flair turnbuckle thing could be in a move list though, a la roll type on No Mercy, as could Kidman-esque powerbomb reversals (Although the move lists could get pretty big pretty quick, if reversal types are on there).
I like this idea, it reminds me of what THQ is doing in SvR2008 with special abilities tied to wrestler styles.
kind of related, is PWX going to have any sort of pre-determined 'classes' of wrestlers? Like Luchadore, powerhouse, etc, or will it just be open-ended?
We initially were going to go with a very Fire Pro class system but decided against it as not every wrestler easily fits into any one (or even two) typical styles. We figure our job is to give people as much freedom as they want and not force them to play under whatever rules we subscribe to. Want to create a 300lb hardcore lucha ninja girl? Step right up!

Yeah.Let's get real - do we really want a 300lbs ninja lucha girl?Don't we want real wrestlers with real stats? I mean - what if you create an online mode?Most people are with normal wrasslers and some man comes with a MONSTER ninja girl giving you monsterous kicks...that sucks in my opinion...
