    1) It's Alive!
    ***********************
It's like riding a bike. Only now we are wayyyyyy better at riding bikes.

Since our little tax credit came in we are back in the saddle and more excited than you can imagine. To be able to devote full time hours to PWX again has been a long time coming and I have to say the wait has been almost a blessing in disguise. We're no longer learning how to get things done. We now know exactly how to proceed effectively and efficiently. And perhaps most importantly of all, gone are the days when I thought we needed to pay outside project managers, consultants, and specialists in order to get the game done. We know now that in order to get a game made you need game developers first and foremost. Dur. Seems like a no-brainer but back in the naive days it wasn't always so. It's nice to go forward now with focus and confidence instead of just optimism and good intentions.

This week we stripped everything down that needed to be polished about the game play and started there.
It's a lot. Really a lot. And as I promised we'll be resisting the temptation to add new features but we will be spending a few days integrating an update to the engine that will help it run smoother on older computers as well as making importing mods a bit easier as well. (Knock on wood) Expect a release date to be set in the next few weeks.

    2) Burn
    ********
This week just keeps getting better and better.

I'm a nice guy. Too nice, really. When I started this project I resembled Michael Scott much more than Gordon Ramsey.
But if you take advantage of my good nature, lie to me, set me up for failure, set you and your friends up with my money, and screw with the careers and livelihoods of the rest of my crew you better not be delusional/stupid/clueless enough to actually list me as a former employer for the world to see. It's a small world, troll, and an even smaller industry. People talk. And while I will remain professional and hold my tongue for the most part, I will not stand idly by and witness you taking advantage of another suspicious business owner with a family to support. Especially when they seek me out for a little background check. Idiot.

I hope you saved your money and didn't spend it all on private yoga and hair dye. And get yourself a comfortable pair of shoes because you'll be spending a lot of time in the unemployment line starting very soon.

I hope you're reading this. Panic. Squirm. You're welcome.

    3) McMahon steps Down
    **********************

No, not that McMahon. Linda McMahon has resigned from WWE in order to run for the Senate. True story:

Seriously. I'm betting we see a Schwarzenegger/McMahon presidential campaign in our future...

In the meantime and in between time, that's it, another edition of Wrestling Gamers United.

    Thank you for your support,
