    2) New Uprising page
    3) A Winner is Me

    1) Trouble Walkin'
    ***********************
Some good news for the crew this week. Our programmer who recently had surgery on his spine is walking again with the aid of a walker. He has some mobility again in his right arm but still doesn't have enough mobility to type.
At any rate, he's making a strong recovery and he's eager to get back to work on Uprising. He's hoping he'll be back to typing in a month but barring that he's going to try out the voice recognition software and begin programming again that way. He's got a very optimistic attitude and we're all pulling for him. He wanted me to thank everyone who asked about him as well. It's nice to hear people care about you when you're stuck in a hospital bed. Don't feel too bad for him though, here in Canada the hospital dispenses medical marijuana. Giggity.

    2) New Uprising page
    **********************
Eric is revamping the PWX website to take better advantage of social networking which means I had to get my butt in gear and set up proper Facebook pages for Uprising and PWX in general. I just started uploading photo galleries and info last week and while the pages aren't ready just yet feel free to take a sneak peek. Might see some pics and screenshots we never shared before:

    PWX Uprising:

Of course, once I started adding content to the two pages there was so much overlap of content that I wanted to have on both pages that I've come to the conclusion we should just put everything on the general PWX page from now on. And seeing as how I can update the content myself I can no longer blame Eric if updates don't get done often enough. So feel free to nag me directly for things you'd like to see added to the Facebook page. Hey I should try mobile video uploads.
Who wouldn't want to witness the daily excitement of me leaving voice mails for Revenue Canada? Speaking of which, they actually called me this morning to tell me I should have gotten the cheque by now. Okayyyyy.....

    3) A Winner is Me
    ************
My Xbox 360 got the dreaded Red Ring of Death last week and it's almost been a blessing in disguise. I rarely find time to do much gaming and when I do it's usually whatever my current 360 faves are. But lately I've been going back in the collection and having a blast with old classics like Wrestlefest and Pro Wrestling NES. Even dug up some of the rare imports like Ringside Angels. Funny thing is, you'd expect to go back to these ancient games and cringe at how archaic they are compared to the stuff of today. But the fun old games are still just as fun as they ever were and Coco Savage is every bit the infuriating bastard that he was back on my high school lunch breaks.

In the meantime and in between time, that's it, another edition of Wrestling Gamers United.

    Thank you for your support,
