I got word after sending out the newsletter that the crew member I mentioned last week came through his surgery successfully. Whew! He was expected to do well but whenever you're dealing with something like a tumor near your spine it's easy to understand why we were all nervous. So far so good. I hope to hear more soon about his recovery. Thank you to everyone who sent along their best wishes!
