So, after reading this week's newsletter, I really wonder when will Uprising be coming out? There was not a single mention of the release date since this announcement about the 2007 release. So, what I'm asking is, do you plan to release a game sometime in 2009, or will it be in a limbo for years to come? There is no need in telling me "It's coming ... 2009" or "it will be out, when it's done". Just... Will there be a WGU wrestling game this year?
Well it's coming out believe me their is no other way since from my understanding Dave got his whole life savings invested in this project (at least i remember him saying that early on). It's not "if" it will be released it's just a matter of when Uprising will be released? I predict within the next 6 months.
Yeah releasing Uprising isn't exactly a matter of "if" unless I want to enjoy a life of bankruptcy. I believe it will we released in a matter of months, not eons. The newsletters are usually just a reflection of whats on my mind at that exact moment I write them.
Well it`s nice hearing from you about this Dave. Thank You. I would like to respectfully ask you why hasn`t an exact release date been confirmed yet. I don`t mean to put you on the spot or step on your toes but don`t you think us fans deserve a release date? Please let us fans know how you stand on this. I, myself have been waiting on this game for the past 3 years now. Legends Of Wrestlemania is another bomb, it seems. We need Uprising!!!
I'd love nothing more than to post an official release date but you know what I'd hate more than anything? Missing yet another release date. My old heart couldn't take it.
Looks like I won't ever get to play it. Moving to England to earn my Masters in September and will be leaving my PC as I switched to a Mac Laptop and will not install Windows on it.
