Welcome to Wrestling Gamers United Newsletter #354
Welllll it's forty below and I don't give a...
Another late newsletter? Bloody hell, eh? I woke up Friday ready to rock the newsletter and it all went downhill from there. No need for gory details but here I am alive and well today.
So what's new to report? Surprisingly a fair bit considering almost everyone is on holiday. We got official clearance to start that side project just a few days ago. That will make funding a hell of a lot easier. We also got over another hurdle for Uprising's release and passed another stage in marketing and launch support last week. I'm told we'll get final word this week but, again, I'm not holding my breath for any major developments over Christmas week.
So hey, I hope you all have a great holiday season. Take it easy, enjoy the family and have a drink for me. A lot of people are hurting these days and the game industry isn't immune. Midway just axed a ton of people and more cuts are expected at EA any day now as well. Not much any of us can do to halt the situation but if you can swing the purchase of at least one new game instead of buying used or pirating over the next few weeks it couldn't hurt.
In the meantime and in-between time, that's it. Another edition of Wrestling Gamers United.
