Welcome to Wrestling Gamers United Newsletter #340
*Special(ly lame) Edition
Hey gang. It's gonna be a very short newsletter this week. I've been so crazy busy that I've only got about five minutes this morning to write it this week.
Here come the bullet points!
* The first thing we want to do before releasing Uprising is increase the backwards compatibility. We figure about two weeks worth of work and it will work on twice as many older video cards.
* The free two player demo will likely come out well in advance of the full paid version. Why wait?
* Wow, how about that TNA game? Looks like they tried hard but were forced to release before it was ready. Funny thing is, it makes us feel pretty good about Uprising because even our little team was able to do things that Midway couldn't or wouldn't do. Things like individual taunts and back grapples. Hell, we even have side grapples. Then again, they did a pretty good job with the depth of their reversals and the flying move system.
Still I think Kurt Angle might want to retract this statement:

* Special thanks to Eric and Bill this week for spending a lot of time with me working on the Uprising release. They've been putting a lot of time and thought into things as we move forward.
Gotta run...cheers!
In the meantime and in-between time, that's it. Another edition of Wrestling Gamers United.
Great news thanks Dave! Yeah, TNA Impact was indeed short of moves I mean no top rope hurracurrana or superplex what were they thinking??? I said it before and I`ll say it again ya gotta worry when a wrestling game doesn`t have a top rope hurracurrana or superplex.
