Yes you will be able to edit wrestler's textures in photoshop & then import into PWX. For example, say i have a face pic of Hulk Hogan & i wanna import that pic into pwx's caw & use it...you will be able to do it. Any pic your heart desires you can import from photoshop into PWX.

It better be easy! Because I really don't want to draw a pair of pants, and find the target logo that's supposed to be on the thigh, on the crotch. >_<!!! I don't know too much, or anything of skinning. And I'll be really sad :'( if I can't get my fantasy CAW 90% accurately done to my liking because I don't know how to draw it right for the CAW.
Good luck with that! Other than the SSS pics with the sample textures on the site (Cesey, Scotty Mac, and a bare-chested male), I've been trying to get Dave to make the Texture Templates (those flat unfolded wireframe pictures, like the kind generated in UVMapper) available so we could get a Texturing Contest underway (much like how Mikhail's mask was designed over a year ago).
