I would like to see the following tag teams and their tag team finishing moves in the game

The Dudley Boys: and the "3d deathdrop"

The Hart Foundation: and the "hart attack" and also the move where Jim Neidhart holds the opponent in a backbreaker hold and Bret Hart comes off the ropes with a front elbow drop down onto the opponents head.

The Legion Of Doom: and the "doomsday device"

The Steiner Brothers: and the "ddt off the top ropes" and "the top rope bulldog"

Power and Glory: and their finisher "power plex" (Superplex by Hercules followed by Top Rope Splash from Paul Roma)

DX- HBK and HHH: (sweet chin music stun kick into pedigree).

The Rockers: double dropkick off tope ropes and double fistdrop off top ropes.

Brainbusters: assisted piledriver in ring corner

Other good ideas for double team moves are:

"teammate puts opponent on shoulders while his partner dropkicks the opponent from the top rope"

"teammate puts opponent on shoulders while his partner gives him a blockbuster off the top rope"

"backbreaker hold into legdrop" partner holds opponent into backbreaker position while his teammate comes off the top rope with a legdrop to the face.

"double clothesline"

"double powerbomb"

"double ddt"

"double facebuster"

"double suplex"

"double brainbuster"

"double beatdown in the middle of ring and or in ring corner"

That`s about it so far.

Also last but not least Demolition and their finishing move "the decapitation".

Another double team move I`d like to see would be "backbreaker hold into legdrop" also known as The Smoking Guns finishing move "the sidewinder". Here are the last tag team moves I can think of below:

London and Kendrick`s finishing move I dunno what is called.

MNM`s finishing move "the snapshot".

Well, that`s about it.

Thank you! My favorites are the ones in which both player have to execute their half of the move separately.

- Jack Evans and Teddy Hart's old Backbreaker/Shooting Star Elbow Drop
- Spanish Fly
- Assisted Shiranui (ala FPR)
- STO, Russian Legsweep combination
- STO, German Suplex combination
- Powerbomb/Lungblower combination
- Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combination
- "Step off the back of your partner's back" Shining Wizard (ala Smackdown, one of my personal favorites)
- Powerbomb/Springboard Lariat
- Powerbomb/Springboard...ugh...I can't explain it, but it's in the Smackdown games
- Crossface/Walls of Jericho combination
- Rolling Camel Clutch (Misawa style)/dropkick to the face combination

I'll stop because I'm having problems putting them into words...

-_-
1.
don't forget double chokeslam, and cade and murdoch's sweet and sour, a clothesline with a chopblock. also double superkick.

I've seen this done a few times before:

Wrestler A holds opponent in armwrench, tags wrestler B, wrestler B takes over the armwrench and chains it into a move of their choice.

Its nothing special, but there's more to tag match tactics than elaborate double team moves.

Agreed. And what about the classic "arm wrench/top rope double axe handle to arm" combo that they only recently (SvR 1, I think) added to the SmackDOWN! games? ALSO a great idea for good tag matches.

You mean like the Powers of Pain finisher...where the Warlord does a running powerslam & then the Barbarian comes off the top rope with a flying headbutt.

I like that too & mentioned it last year on this forum.

Other tag team moves i would like to see are:

Double Shoulder Block (Master Blaster's finisher)

Assisted Gutwrench Powerbomb (Varsity Club 2000 aka. Dr. Death & Mike Rotundo used this move in japan)

Double Back Elbow (Road Warrior's use this tag team move alot)

3-D baby hell yeah also the poetry in action thing of the hardyz and the leg drop that they do.
Also the Ancle Lock combined with the crippler crossface rulllz
3.
it's called poetry in motion.
4.
One of the coolest tag team moves I've ever seen was a Dr. Death backdrop right into a Terry Gordy piledriver. I'd love to see that in PWX.

Obscure it may be, but I want the Mean Street Posses Stock Exchange, where one of them (Rodney?) would backdrop someone straight into a Joey Abs powerbomb. Ace. PWX needs sweater vests, or as we would say in Europe, tank tops. English lesson for everyone there.

Do London and Kendrick have a finisher?

Hi again,

I dunno if London and Kendrick do have a finisher I heard they did but I`m not sure. Good call to poster "Undertaker666" that suggested a double chokeslam that is a cool idea too. Also about Cade and Murdock I would like to see their move the "high and low" or "highlow" I think it`s called along with the "sweet and sour". Also a double superkick would rock too. Everyone really has some awesome ideas for tag team moves thus is why I decided to start this thread. But we gotta remember we can`t flood Dave and the rest of the team with too many tag moves right now as Dave has told me each move can take up to a week to animate. Dave has told me he would like as many tag team moves as humanly possible in the game. But if we keep flooding him with and the team with a bunch of tag team moves the tag team move expansion pack may not come out for a looooong while. How many tag team moves should make it into the game for the expansion pack do you guys think? I think 20-30 moves would be good for now what do you guys think? I hope the 5 moves that make it in right away are "the decapitation, "the hart attack", the "3d deahtdrop", the doomsday device and last but not least "the sidewinder".

Thanks
lchr788
5.
Well since you put it that way. 5 tag team moves that gotta make it in are the obvious:

Road Warrior's Doomsday Device #1 #1 #1 #1 #1

Demolition's Decapitation

Hart Foundation's Hart Attack

Dudley's 3D Deathdrop

Steiner's Brothers Top Rope Bulldog

what about Tomko and AJ Styles move i forget what its called or cryme time's move. any body ever heard of death from above?
check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkXoe4KGBf8&feature=related, I also saw this incredible move which is set up like the doomsday device but the guy on the top rope does a hurricana instead of a closeline. I also saw a guy set up one guy in a powerbomb and then the other jumps up does a back stabber. It would be cool to see brand new moves

was it the Orient Express that did the super kick to the opponent that was in the full nelson turned full nelson suplex ? that would be an easier move to put into the game I believe. bet all the moves are just about there already, just a minor adjustment to a german suplex to a full nelson suplex

I think that'll pretty much be the thing that sets this game apart from every other wrestling game out there--the fact that this crew is actually willing to dedicate/reserve a bunch of future move spots to TAG TEAM MOVES...BECAUSE THE FANS WANT THEM.

PWX: The tag team wrestling fan's dream.

A suggestion.
Irish whip to 'occupied' turnbuckle: After one opponent has thrown into the corner, his partner is whipped against him to create a brief two-man 'stack' out of the two.

Ones I'd like to see that I haven't would be a codebreaker (jericho's other finisher) into a back cracker (carlito's finisher), a double shining wizard coming from both angles, both partners hit the ropes and hit a clothesline from the front and back; sandwiching the opponent.

Other tag moves and finishers that I remember:

Haku/Barbarian in WWF: inverted atomic drop by Haku, holding the opponent as Barbarian hits the running boot.
Andersons: Knee diving to an opponents arm/shoulder as the other partner held him in an arm wrench.
Arn Anderson & Bobby Eaton: Anderson with the fireman's carry, eaton with the swinging neckbreaker.
Power & Glory: An early finisher and sometimes just random tag move, Hercules with torture rack and Roma drops the elbow off the top rope.
Kanyon & Raven: powerbomb/neckbreaker combo.

I think for the expansion pack of the intended 10 tag teams the Tag Team Finishers should be:

1. Hart Foundation:
Hart Attack

2. Demolition:
Decapitation

3. The Road Warriors:
Doomsday Device

4. Power and Glory:
Power Plex

5. Steiner Brothers:
Top Rope DDT
Top Rope Bulldog

6. British Bulldogs:
Gorilla Press + Diving Headbutt
Gorilla Press + Splash

7. The Powers Of Pain:
Running Powerslam & Top Rope Headbutt

8. The Brainbusters:
Assisted Spike Piledriver From The Top Ropes

9. The Smoking Guns:
Backbreaker & Leg Drop From The Top Ropes

10. The Rockers:
Double Fist Drop From The Top Ropes
Double Drop Kick From The Top Ropes

I think that those list of teams would be the perfect ode to the tag team expansion pack!

Thanks! But I wasn`t really going to consider it a tag finisher but rather a double team move. I am going to be making a double team move thread soon also! Look for the Double Superkick there soon!
6.
Total Elimination

Anyway, how will the tag moves be performed? Will it be anything like Fire Pro? Because it's a major pain to set up "corner" tag moves when your partner is controlled by the CPU.
