I've mentioned it before but I'd like to be able to save custom match types, give them their own name, and have them appear in the menu alongside the default match types

Actually, I can deal with that post. It's not like we should never say the name Ryan Werra, or punish dratsab because he does.
Now if he starts telling all of US that we should rename the game that way, I'd have a problem. Or if his buddies come in this thread and start chanting about him.
Casual Reference = Ok in my mind.
Dropping it into every topic though, is something to watch out for. It fits this discussion, as a one time drive by. A more serious discussion would probably have made me react differently like I did in the 'Concerns and Critques' thread.
Be careful dratsab, you can, and have, over-do it. And you really aren't helping your cause if you make everyone on the board sick of seeing the name or your screen name.

Actually everytime i got close to the man & his dragon breath hit me...they had to call the paramedics & take me to the ER.
And renaming weapons not necessary at all. Sorry i caused all this trouble over a stupid thing like renaming weapons...they got more important things to work on. As for renaming taunts & moves thats much much more important.
oh trust me it not a fuss, i'm a very patient guy when it comes to new guys, hell i'm running my own forum for 2 years now and trust me i've had my share.
one thing i learned to spot from the first post is a guy who screams attention, this one is, and he annoys most of the people here, ask around the nm community you'll see i have a rep for giving guys second and even third chances, it backfired quite a few times but i still believe some people deserve it.
however dratsab isn't one of them. i know him not only from his stupid posts but from msn chats, and if he was on my forum i wouldn't think twice. ip ban on the spot.
then again that's just me with my little of experience running boards.

Exactly. We want to stop turning any threads into any sort of 'we hate X' movements.
About naming weapons, if there going to allow for the renaming of anything else, why not weapons? I doubt it would take anymore time if there already allowing for move renames. I don't see the point but if it would make someone happy, why not?

How about a create-a-weapon mode, where we can change the colours of weapons, add patterns or images etc to them and maybe some other little things. Basically I just want Stings black bat.

The best mode I think this game could offer is a Create-a-Story mode as it would allow for the mod community to really make something bigger of PWX that could seep into mainstream

Agreed. Some of the talent in the mod and e-fed community could offer story lines far superior to the same old WWE stuff.
