- Try to be civilized, eh? Flame wars, name calling and other such nonsense will result in banishment and some snickering among the PWX staff.
- We're here to talk games, not serve as a wrestling rumor board. There's lots of places you can go for that.
Now, you might notice this isn't the usual forum. We don't have graphic sigs, tons of formatting options, etc. like a lot of other boards do. This is on purpose. Even the weird URL is done deliberately.
Everything has been done to try to combat spam, junk signups and "noise". If you've ever run a forum, you know what I mean.
FYI: we manually approve sign-ups (to combat spammers), so if your confirmation doesn't come right away, just be patient.
Have fun, get to know one another... and we'll keep the information coming.
- I'm not a big fan of jokes relating to the Benoit family tragedy. Please don't take it personally if you find we've removed any posts or links relating to it. Talking about it is a good way for everyone to work through it but I just don't think there is anything there to laugh about.
Sorry guys, but we're going to have to start enforcing some new rules, especially based on recent activity. Dave is with me 100% on this one.
– Not to pick on anyone in particular, but no linking to personal projects anymore.
– Stay on topic, within reason. This is a web site about Pro Wrestling X. All other discussions, find another board. Things can just deteriorate too quickly with other topics.
– Personal attacks: knock it off.
You guys have been warned. We're not here to rule with an iron fist, but things have gotten a little out of control. Most everyone, these rules won't apply, thanks for your good behavior.

We all want the same thing here. Dave and the dev crew are busting their asses trying to build a game that will satisfy all the great wrestling fans out there. But that isn't easy. If it were, everybody would be doing it. While we ALWAYS listen to constructive feedback, the outright hated of every little thing, just to be hateful... that is really tough to deal with.
Remember: there are many, many different kinds of wrestling fans, each with their own likes and dislikes. We're trying to make as many of them as happy as we can. And if we make a decision on a feature, it's not done randomly. It's based on all the feedback Dave gets day in and day out. So the next time you want to hate just to be hateful, and not offer anything better, post it somewhere else.
All the hating also pertains to other forum members. We aren't asking you to all like each other... that ain't gonna happen. Be at least respect one another. Any personal attack will result in a week long ban. The next time, it's a permanent ban.
Sucks that it has come to this, but we have to change the direction these boards are headed.
We would like to respectfully ask that all forum members keep their language clean from this point forward. I know I've been guilty of a more than one f-word on these forums and I'm going to take my own advice clean it up from now on. "Soft" language such as damn, crap, etc. will be tolerated but nothing harder than that. Thank you in advance for making this a respectable place to be.
