Guys I just watched a match and remembered about injury systems. I recall u said something about it once but I'll still ask. Will PWX's injury system be able to prevent a wrestler from doing certain moves? For instance if a guy hurts his leg he can't do a dropkick and if another guy hurts his ribs he can't do power moves etc. I mean if u hadn't considered this idea think over it I think it'll be cool.
And not to start another discussion. Are u guys gonna do variations of the moves or just put the most popular move i CAW and that's all? I mean are u going to add only one powerbomb or at least a few variations like the overshoulder powerbomb, and the one hall did in the nWo?

Thats called outsiders edge. Yo you should do that Dave. It will be hot to have a match when you back hurt so bad that when you do the ace crusher you will lay down for a while
I think there should be a system where wrestlers can still go for moves that require limbs that might be injured. But there is a chance he may mess up or fail to complete the move.
Lets say after a Figure Four Leg Lock, Wrestler A injured his leg. Wrestler A attempts to superkick Wrestler B, but a injury system determines that Wrestler A is unable to perform the move properly or not at all.
Depending on how serious the leg injury is, there are different effects.
Affect A is he completes the move and connects, but his leg is get damaged depending on the impact of the Superkick to Wrestler B.
Affect B is he cannot complete a normal version and only gets to do a "botched" or a "limited" version of the Superkick. Thus the move is weakened incredibly and probably was easily reversed/countered.
Affect C is he cannot perform the move, leaving him vulnerable or collapsing to the mat or something.
It's a concept I just thought up, not perfect or anything.
Re: Multiple Move Variations They're working on standard versions of each move first, THEN they'll work on different versions (like the Thunder Fire --Shoulder-- Powerbomb, the Crucifix Powerbomb/Outsider's Edge, et al, for the Powerbombs) Re: Body Area Damage -- Submissions and Other Moves No word yet from them on how that's going, but hopefully by the time the game comes out, we should be able to experience things like "Damaged Arm==More Easily-Escaped Crossface" or "Damaged Body==More Easily-Countered Powerbomb".
I totallyu agree with CaMacKid that's exactly what my idea is depending on the injury a wrestler can't perform certain moves that way the other wrestler will have a better chance in reversing the move. Then depending on the value of the injury (20%,50%.etc) the wrestler can either perform the move and injure his leg or or other body part even more or the wrestler is enable to do the move what so ever
