Won’t Back Down
Short newsletter this week, gang. Asses are getting thoroughly kicked over here in PWX land. On one hand the crew all have day jobs that seem to be putting everyone in crunch mode before the summer gong show hits. On the other hand PWX itself has been getting some pretty sweet offers to help us kick back into full time production and it’s taking a lot of back and forth between a lot of potential players to make it all happen.
Luckily, this isn’t our first rodeo and the law has been laid down: the current crew of leads remain the leads in any scenario and creative control rests with us. 100% creative control, no exceptions. Never again will I accept a deal that gives someone else the power to demand steel chairs be removed from the game. There will be chairs in PWX. Barbed wire covered chairs. Barbed wire covered chairs on fire.
Our awesome lead artist has gifted us with some nice new animations to help make fighting in high places feel even more treacherous. Seeing your wrestler actually teetering on the edge just makes the whole thing feel that much more dangerous. He’s promised us more such animations to help flesh out these match types and I can’t wait to share them with you all.
